Start Outlook Express.

Click Tools -> Options.

Click on the Maintenance tab and click on the Store Folder button.

From the Store Location dialog box, select the path and Copy the store location.

Click Start > Run and paste the location. i.e

C:\Documents and Settings\BinodK\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{F4E152C4-FA21-4A55-A6B3-832B7E8E15F3}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Click OK to open the Store folder.

Now select the important .DBX files i.e. Inbox.dbx, Sent Items.dbx. Copy the .dbx files to a USB flash drive.

Import

Click the File menu > Import >Messages.

Select Microsoft Outlook Express 5 or Microsoft Outlook Express 6, and then click Next.

Click Import mail from an OE5 store directory and then click OK.

Click Browse, and select the folder where you’ve copied the Backup files.

Click OK, and then click Next.

Click All folders > Next >Finish.
