By default you (normally) can’t go ahead and download and install apps for an Android tablet if they’re not from the Android Marketplace. Before you can do that you need to tweak your Android tablet a bit to accept them.
From menu, tap the
Settings icon.
Tap Applications.
Check the Unknown Sources checkbox.
Tap OK to accept and save the setting.
