To uninstall applications that you have installed from Android Market but you no longer want to use, follow these simple steps:
Tap the Settings icon from the main menu.
Tap the Applications icon.
Tap on Manage applications.
A list of applications you have installed will appear. Select the application you want to uninstall, and tap the Uninstall button.
