After installing this file, connect your Android device via USB to your computer. The device’s storage will be detected as a removable drive. Now run the application from the SD card.

The Android app will launch iTunes on the computer. Select the playlist you want to copy to your Android device and click Sync.
iTunes is still the most popular way to organize, listen and buy music for a lot of people, so finding an app that can allow you to continue with iTunes on your laptop or desktop, but use your playlists on your Android device, is certainly welcome.
