If your Android device has become slow, or keeps on freezing up suddenly when you’re using it, it may be because too many apps are occupying the internal memory. You can free up some internal memory by moving some of the apps to the SD card. The App2SD app makes this easy.
Clicking on any of the apps gives you more detail about it, and you can decide if you want to uninstall it or move it to the SD card.
The ‘SD Card’ tab gives the list of apps stored on the SD card, and also the space occupied and how much free memory there is on the SD card.
The ‘Phone Only’ tab gives a list of the apps that cannot be moved to the SD card, and you can also manage those apps from there (i.e, you can uninstall, force stop or clear the data).
When you have this app installed it will let you know, each time you install a new app, if it can be moved to the SD card, so you can keep your device’s internal memory free.
For anyone who has a device that doesn’t have enough internal memory to handle all the apps they want to install, this app is really handy.
