For those of you who like to follow the world’s weather closely on your mobile device, there are a fair number of dedicated apps out in the market. Having a quick reference to the time in other cities is also very handy. The Moxier World Android app provides simple information like the current temperature, time and date of different cities all over the world.
You can browse the city list and then save your favorite cities’ to show on the app.
Enter the name of the City, State or ZIP code and it results in a quick display of time, date and temperature of the place.
If you click on the thumbnail summary it will show more details like weather forecasts.
In Settings you can change the Temperature unit to show in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
You can also decide how the weather updates should arrive on your device, manually or automatically.
You can decide how the weather details should be displayed when you open the app: by city, added date, local time or temperature.
For easy access you can install a widget of the app on your device home screen. If you don’t know how to install a widget on a home screen follow our guide.
You can select the cities that you want displayed on the home screen widget.
The widget will flick between the cities and update their details as per the time interval you choose in ‘Widget display interval’.
The Moxier World app lets you keep track of the weather and time in cities you choose very easily, either in the app interface or on your home screen with the widget.
