Android has a built in dictionary which can both assist you and terribly frustrate you by auto-correcting and suggesting spelling when you are typing SMS and email. The User Dictionary Manager app allows you to export, import, delete and edit words and phrases from the deafult dictionary.

If you don’t want to switch the SD card every time from one device to another, you can import the user dictionary words from the SD card to the internal user dictionary of the other device, once and for all.
The user dictionary in your Android device allows you to delete words from it, but only one by one, using this app you can delete all the words in one go.
You can search words and edit them, and also delete the duplicates if a particular word is repeated, using the ‘Clean’ option.
There are whole sites dedicated to recording all of the funny ways that auto-correct has picked the wrong word during SMS. Check out http://damnyouautocorrect.com/ for a never ending list of examples. This app won’t solve most of those issues, but if you often use names of people or places that aren’t in the dictionary, having an app that makes it easy to add them is useful.
