The Multi Lang Dictionary is free on the Android Market but there is also a pro version available for USD 2.99. It includes features like building a dictionary in a language that is not on the app and it offers an offline dictionary reader.
The app supports around 40 languages and 1900 language pairs for translations. It lets you choose between Google Translate or Wiktionary to do the translations.

It also has a ‘Text-to-Speech’ feature which comes in handy when you want to know how a particular word is pronounced.
The app has additional options like full screen mode, and it also shows the history of what you’ve used it for.
Swapping between languages is easy.
Compared to the Talk to me Cloud app we reviewed last week, this app has a lot more languages (40 compared to 7).
