PicSay is a simple image editor for Android. Its features are more about adding captions, stickers and effects than it is about getting rid of red-eye or fixing up a blur. It’s got some fun option and the interface is really user friendly.
PicSay is free on Android Market.
You can create a new image or use an image from your device gallery.
With PicSay you can apply word balloons, give your pic a title, put stickers all over it, or add some effects.
Doing these things is easy. Click on ‘Word Balloon’,for example, and pick a style.
PicSay has large number of effects to select: Exposure, Contrast, Temperature, Tint etc. You can be more creative with the ‘Paint’, ‘Insert Picture’ and ‘Pop Colors’ options.
Click ‘More’ to get more options.
When you want to resize, flip, rotate, crop or straighten the picture, go to ‘Transform picture’.
‘History’ allows you to do ‘Undo all changes’, ‘Undo to previous picture’, ‘Redo all changes’ and ‘Clear history’.
PicSay has a lot of funny stickers. If you enjoy messing around with pics, I am sure you’re gonna love this feature.
Click ‘Export’ to save the picture to an SD card or share it with anyone using various photo sharing apps or email. You can also set the picture as a wallpaper or contact icon.
You can add a default text for the subject field and signature when sharing pictures using email.
PicSay is a lot of fun and it makes adding things like captions really easy.
