I have an app that I am pretty happy with, except for the ads. It’s an alarm clock app and when the alarm goes off there is a big Snooze button that takes up most of the screen, and a smaller Dismiss button. Right underneath the Dismiss button is an add that is the same shape. I have hit on that ad by mistake many times. The AD Blocker app can solve the issue … but only for a 3 day trial period, after that, I’d have to buy the app.

What the app does is to turn off the Internet connection when you open an app that you have chosen the AD Blocker to block ads in.
While this may not be viable for apps that require a network connection to work, it’s prefect for things like my Alarm Clock app that don’t need the Internet anyway. Most game apps don’t require Internet connection once they are downloaded, so it’s good for many games too.
