Rather than flicking through home screens and searching for the app you wish to open, App Organizers can create labels and groups for easy access. It’s even better if the app organizer can auto categorize the apps on your device, saving you from having to spend time manually organizing them.
The Auto App Organizer Free app does a great job of taking the clutter off your device and cleaning it up so that you can quickly and effortlessly find the app you are looking for.
Auto App Organizer Free is available on the Android Market and it needs Android version 1.6 or above.

The app has default categories like Newbies, System, Unused, etc. From the Menu tap ‘New category’ to create a new category. Suggested categories are Productivity, Reference, Shopping, Comics, Communication, Entertainment, etc.

You can also custom name a category.
The app will automatically add apps to appropriate categories.

When you open a category, you can see a green downward arrow on the lower right corner. Tap on it to choose how to list apps: By name, By install date, By last use or By size.

The Auto App Organizer is relatively customizable. In Settings there is AI Settings, Main app setup, General setup, Category view appearance, Memory saving
settings, etc.

AI Settings has options to set ‘Auto accept newbies’ that means whenever you install a new app the ‘Auto App Organizer’ will auto-categorize the app into the ‘Newbies’ category and you can set the accept time in days. For example, if you set 2, the ‘newbie’ app will be categorized into the appropriate category after 2 days.
You can also set how many days of inactivity an app has to have before it gets flagged as unused.
You can tick to have apps automatically categorized, or untick this option if you prefer to manually assign apps. To give you a reminder, you can set the app to popup whenever you install a new app, to remind you to categorize it.

Back at the main Menu, tap ‘Batch/Special options’ if you want to do a backup of your apps.

The ‘More’ from the main Menu will reveal even more options like Select all, Load category settings from SD, Save all category settings to the SD card, etc.
You can even decide what apps you want to see: installed apps, backups, or both.

Once you have set this up, this is what the app looks like. To find an app now you can go to Auto App Organizer, tap on the category where the app is that
you’re looking for and then tap on the app icon to launch it.
If you’ve got a tonne of apps, the Auto App Organizer is a must have app.
