Android app of the day: 10 in one ‘SuperBox’

The SuperBox-cache battery file app is free on the Android Market and it needs Android version 1.6 or above.

The Information tab has ‘Memory’ and ‘Battery’. When you tap on it the ‘Memory’ displays info about your device memory, CPU, SD card and internal storage while the ‘Battery’ shows the remaining battery, talktime, video playback, audio playback and temperature.

The ‘App’ tab has Installer, Uninstaller, App2SD and Cache buttons. Tap on the buttons depending on which function you want to perform.

You can install and uninstall apps, delete or batch back-up, move and restore apps from the SD card, show total cache size or clear cache files, sort apps by size or name, etc.

You can also customize the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Silent mode, GPS receiver, Auto-sync Data, Mobile data, etc.

The ‘Super Box’ app helps to keep your Android device secure. The app’s ‘Safeguard’ categorizes your device apps as High Risk, Middle Risk and Low risk according to the apps that access your personal info, network info and modify SD card contents.

‘FileManager’ does all the functions of a file manager. You can open, edit, delete and rename any files and folders.

The app also supports emailing and sharing your music, images, videos (etc) using any tool installed on your device.

The app’s Settings won’t have much to show—select the ‘Notification’ if you don’t want to see the app on your device’s notification bar.

The ‘Super Box’ app is really handy and helps you to keep all your functions in one place. The feature-rich ‘Super Box’ can also perk up your device’s performance and it takes only 1.91MB of your device’s space.
